Google API & User Data Privacy Policy
Up Stream's applications and tools (including Up Stream Business Suite) strictly comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Data Collection: When users authenticate via Google OAuth, our application accesses Google Business Profile data (business name, location, address, categories, posts, customer reviews, and performance metrics) strictly to manage, optimize, and publish business details as authorized by the business owner.
2. Data Use and Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, or distribute Google user data to any external advertising platforms or third parties. All data is processed securely and used exclusively to provide direct business optimization services to the user.
3. Data Retention and Deletion: User authorization tokens and synced data are securely stored and retained only while the user account is active. Users can disconnect their Google account at any time, upon which all tokens and associated profile data are permanently deleted from our systems.
4. Security: We enforce industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and secure credential storage to safeguard all authenticated data.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure: Up Stream Business Suite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Additional Google Business Profile (GBM) Safeguards:
- Authorized Scopes & Data: We access profile identifiers (email/account ID), business listing information (address, phone, hours, categories), posts/updates/media, customer reviews & Q&A, and search/maps performance metrics strictly as needed to manage listings and provide reports.
- No Advertising or AI Model Training: We never use Google data for advertising, retargeting, promotional profiling, or training generalized AI/machine learning models.
- Human Access Restrictions: No human personnel at Up Stream reads or views your Google user data unless you have provided explicit consent for troubleshooting, or required for security/legal obligations.
- Revoking Access via Google: In addition to disconnecting via our platform settings, you can independently revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Data Deletion Requests: You may also email [email protected] for immediate complete removal of all associated data.

If we undertake any software development project for a client, the charges quoted will cover only the development and deployment of the software as per the agreed features and requirements.
Please note:
- 1. The cost of source code is not included in the development charges.
- 2. If the client requires access to the source code, it will be considered a separate deliverable and will incur an additional fee, which must be mutually agreed upon before delivery.
- 3. By default, Up Stream retains full rights over the source code unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.
