1. Description of Services & Platform

Up Stream provides software development, digital marketing, website management, and business profile optimization tools. Among these tools, the Up Stream Business Suite platform allows businesses to connect and manage their online profiles, including their Google Business Profile (GBM), to optimize local visibility, publish updates, manage reviews, and review performance analytics.

2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Up Stream Business Suite platform, you may be required to authenticate using third-party OAuth providers (such as Google OAuth) or create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and integration.
  • Maintain the security of your authentication credentials and account access.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Google API Services & OAuth Integrations

When you integrate your Google Business Profile (GBM) with the Up Stream Business Suite platform:

  • Authorized Access: You grant Up Stream Business Suite permission to access, display, and manage your Google Business Profile data (including business info, posts, reviews, and insights) strictly as directed by you.
  • Google Policy Compliance: Up Stream Business Suite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Account Disconnection & Revocation: You can disconnect your Google account from UP Stream at any time via your dashboard settings, or independently revoke access via Google Account Permissions. Disconnection immediately revokes and deletes stored access tokens from our database.
  • Third-Party Terms: Your use of Google services is also governed by the Google Terms of Service.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Publish fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or misleading business reviews, posts, or listings.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to access our platform without explicit written authorization.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, service marks, platform code, user interface designs, logos, and proprietary technology provided by Up Stream are the intellectual property of Up Stream. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, all software rights remain with Up Stream.

6. Termination & Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our users, third parties, or systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Up Stream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the Services, including any downtime or changes implemented by third-party platforms such as Google.

8. Changes to These Terms

Up Stream reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". Continued use of the Services after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
